By accessing or using TravelTribe.AI ("the Service," "the App," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

TravelTribe.AI is a social travel planning platform that allows users to:

• Create, publish, and share travel itineraries
• Browse and copy itineraries created by other users
• Use AI-powered tools to generate travel plans
• Collaborate with other users on trip planning
• Access recommendations for accommodations, restaurants, and activities

User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• You must create an account to use certain features of the Service
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3.2 Age Requirement

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
• If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent

3.3 Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
• You may delete your account at any time through your account settings

User-Generated Content

4.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of the travel itineraries, photos, and other content you create and publish ("Your Content")
• By publishing content on TravelTribe.AI, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute Your Content on the platform
• You represent and warrant that Your Content does not infringe on any third-party rights

4.2 Copying and Modifying Content

• When you publish a trip itinerary, other users may copy and modify it for their personal use
• By publishing content, you consent to other users copying your itineraries
• Users who copy your itineraries may modify them without attribution

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to post content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or illegal activities
• Contains false or misleading information

4.4 Content Moderation

• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms
• We are not responsible for reviewing all user-generated content
• Users are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their own content

AI-Generated Content

5.1 AI Assistance

• The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate travel itineraries and recommendations
• AI-generated content is provided as suggestions only and may contain errors or inaccuracies
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content

5.2 User Responsibility

• You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated information before using it for travel planning
• You should independently confirm all bookings, prices, opening hours, and travel requirements

Third-Party Services and Links

6.1 Booking Links

• The Service may include links to third-party booking platforms (hotels, restaurants, activities)
• We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or quality of third-party services
• All bookings are made directly between you and the third-party provider
• We are not a travel agency and do not make bookings on your behalf

6.2 Affiliate Relationships

• Some links to third-party services may be affiliate links for which we receive compensation
• This does not affect the price you pay or the recommendations provided

Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Rights

• The TravelTribe.AI platform, including its design, features, code, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service without our permission

7.2 User Content Rights

• You retain copyright and ownership of your original content
• Other users may use your published itineraries as permitted under Section 4.2

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Accuracy: We do not warrant that travel information, itineraries, or recommendations are accurate, complete, or current
• Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service
• Fitness for Purpose: We do not warrant that the Service will meet your specific travel needs
• Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for user-generated content or third-party information

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

9.1 No Liability for Travel

• We are not liable for any losses, damages, injuries, or expenses arising from your travel plans or trips
• We are not responsible for cancelled trips, missed connections, lost reservations, or travel disruptions
• We are not liable for the actions or omissions of third-party service providers

9.2 No Liability for User Content

• We are not liable for inaccuracies or errors in user-generated itineraries
• We are not responsible for disputes between users
• We are not liable for any damages arising from copying or using other users' content

9.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed €50 or the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TravelTribe.AI, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your travel activities based on information from the Service

Privacy

User Conduct

You agree to:

• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Respect other users and their content
• Not use the Service for any commercial purpose without our permission

Payments and Subscriptions

13.1 Free Services

• Basic features of TravelTribe.AI are currently free to use
• We reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future

13.2 Future Premium Features

• If we introduce paid features, we will provide clear pricing and terms
• You will not be charged without your explicit consent

Changes to Terms

Termination

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver

17.4 Assignment

• You may not assign these Terms without our consent
• We may assign our rights and obligations to a successor
